We’ll meet on the acreage as the sun melts into the horizon, slip on our silent disco headphones, and let the world fall away. From stillness to flow, from playful movement to full-body expression, we’ll move through music, nature, and connection until we land in pure bliss.
This is movement for every body, sound that feels like it’s just for you, and a space to tend to your emotional, physical, and spiritual self : without rush, without rules.
Your night includes: Silent disco headphones, a guided all-levels class, and a sunset that will stay with you.
