Young people know when they are being taught at and they know when they are genuinely being seen.
ORENDA Teacher Training is for educators, mentors and leaders who want to go deeper than delivering curriculum. It’s about learning how to create spaces where young people feel safe enough to show up, brave enough to be honest, and supported enough to grow.
You’ll learn the ORENDA philosophy, tools and curriculum but you’ll also be asked to look at how you lead, connect, communicate and hold space.
Because we aren’t just teaching content.
We are shaping the experiences young people may carry with them for the rest of their lives. ORENDA, we believe that educators, mentors, and leaders do more than teach ……they transform lives.
OUR TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
We don’t just teach the work. We are expected to live it.
Young people are paying attention to far more than what we say.
They notice how we listen. How we respond when things get uncomfortable. How we handle mistakes. How we speak about ourselves and others. Whether we make space for their voice — and whether they feel safe enough to use it.
That is why ORENDA Teacher Training goes beyond curriculum.
We give you the tools, knowledge and resources to lead meaningful programming, while also developing the self-awareness to understand who you are in the space.
Because before a young person remembers the lesson you taught, they will remember how it felt to be with you.

WHAT MAKES ORENDA TEACHER TRAINING DIFFERENT?
A Youth-Centered, Holistic Approach
We address the realities of today’s youth—social media pressures, societal expectations, and mental health challenges. Our approach meets young people where they are, prioritizing emotional, mental, and social well-being.
Practical & Embodied Teaching
You’ll gain tools to facilitate movement, breathwork, and somatic practices, helping youth regulate emotions, manage stress, and build self-awareness.
Creating Safe & Inclusive Spaces
We don’t “fix” youth—we hold space for them to discover their own strength, confidence, and ability to create change.
Connection as a Catalyst
Genuine relationships are at the heart of what we do. You’ll learn how to build trust and authentic connections so youth feel seen, heard, and valued.
Empowering Action & Growth
Transformation happens through action. You’ll gain hands-on techniques to help youth develop confidence, emotional resilience, and personal growth strategies.

Cost: $1,600 ($350 deposit and payment options available)

Friday, APRIL 2ND: 9 AM - 3 PM
Saturday, APRIL 3RD : 8 AM - 4 PM
Sunday, APRIL 4TH : 9 AM - 2 PM
Tuesday APRIL 6TH 6-8:30 PM
