For the kind of magic that lives inside girlhood where life is messy and beautiful all at once, where nothing is fully figured out, and where she’s learning that she gets to co-create her world along the way.

Loving ourselves, embodying who we are, and expressing ourselves honestly is still a revolutionary act in a society that tells girls exactly who they need to be in order to belong and in order to feel loved.

This three-day, weekend retreat is designed specifically for self-identified teen girls and offers a space to gently break the rules that have kept her small. Together, we create room for her to explore both her inner world and the outer pressures shaping her experience and to learn how to take up space in a way that feels true to her.

Led by an incredible group of female mentors and ORENDA HER instructors, the retreat weaves heart-led conversations, embodied movement, self-awareness practices, creative expression, and gentle breathwork. Along the way, she’ll build a personal toolbox —and a manifesto — for what it means to love herself and live boldly from her heart, even in a world that often tells her otherwise.

The ORENDA space provides the perfect backdrop for self-discovery, heart-opening expression, and lifelong connections a place where the magic of girlhood is honored, held, and celebrated.
