We’re turning the studio into a glowing space filled with movement, laughter, and feel-good energy , where everyone belongs just as they are.

Glow Flow + Dance Party
Move, stretch, and dance your heart out with a playful mix of yoga, music, and high-vibe fun games.
Glow Gear Galore
Neon face paint, glow sticks, and all the sparkly extras to help you shine bright.
Confidence, Connection & Fun
A safe, joyful space to build self-love, laugh together, and celebrate what makes you you.
What to bring:
• White or neon clothes to glow
• Water bottle & yoga mat
• Comfy clothes you can move in
• Your amazing self (we’ll take care of the rest!)
