It’s about noticing who she already is.
In a world that’s loud, fast, and full of expectations, this one-day retreat at Star 6 Ranch offers something different — space. Space to slow down, try things gently, and reconnect with herself without pressure or performance.
Set on open land and guided by nature, the day is designed around small challenges, quiet moments, and playful exploration , invitations to stretch just enough to feel proud, curious, and more at home in her own skin.
Rather than pushing or fixing, we soften.
We listen.
We let her lean into what’s already there.
Led by experienced female mentors and ORENDA HER instructors, the day includes:
Honest, heart-led conversations about identity, confidence, and belonging
Time on the land to wander, ground, and reconnect away from screens and noise
Gentle embodied movement to build trust, awareness, and comfort in her body
Intention-setting and creative arts & crafts, offering hands-on ways to reflect and express what matters to her
Breathwork and nervous system tools to support calm, clarity, and emotional regulation
A supportive group environment where she’s met with respect, warmth, and choice
Throughout the day, she’ll be invited — never forced — to try new things, use her voice, and notice her own strength. Not to prove anything, but to recognize that she already has what she needs to show up as herself.
This is a day that stays with her.
