This registered youth program is a unique, heartfelt opportunity for youth ages 8–10 to connect with their peers, and with themselves, in a safe and supportive community.
The ORENDA Team uses movement and mindfulness as a gateway to raw discussion and transformation with youth — introducing yoga, movement, and mindfulness practice, group discussion, emotions, journaling, crafting, leadership, navigating friendships, and confidence-building activities.

Once ORENDA Girls is underway, we invite you to join us for an open Q&A evening with our ORENDA mentors and registered counsellor come meet the facilitators, see the studio, and ask us anything about how your child's journey is unfolding.
