There's a moment in the teen years when girls start asking bigger questions. Who am I, really? What do I want? Why does everything feel so loud?
ORENDA HER is a space for exactly that.
This workshop was created for teen girls ready to reconnect with their voice, their body, and their inner strength — in an environment that feels safe, honest, and entirely their own. Through movement, self-reflection, real conversation, and mentorship, girls explore the things that actually matter at this age: self-expression, body awareness, the choices they're making, and the future they're starting to picture for themselves.
Led by trained ORENDA HER facilitators, this isn't a lecture — it's a space to be seen, heard, and celebrated exactly as they are. Girls leave with more confidence, deeper self-understanding, and tools that support their emotional, mental, and physical well-being long after the night ends.
