The next level of ORENDA Girls is coming to Nanton.
Designed for self-identified girls who are blooming—stepping into themselves, exploring who they are, and beginning to do the deeper heart work that comes with the middle years.
These years can be confusing, tender, and full of change. ORENDA offers a space for girls to slow down, listen inward, and connect with others who understand what it means to grow through it all.
Through movement , mindfulness, creativity, journaling, joy and raw discussion, participants will learn to turn toward their bodies, hearts, and minds with curiosity and compassion.
This class is more than movement, it’s a space to feel seen, supported, and inspired.
