Awaken the Elements Within
Step into the wild and embark on a three-day journey through the elements—Earth, Air, Fire, and Water. At ORENDA’s Summer Soul Sessions: The Elements Edition, girls will explore the natural rhythms of the land, connect deeply with themselves, and experience the power of nature to heal, inspire, and transform.
Each day will be themed around an element, guiding participants through movement, creativity, breathwork, and nature-based adventures that reflect the energy and wisdom of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water.
What You’ll Do
Every day is filled with activities designed to awaken the senses and bring the elements to life:
🌿 EARTH – Root & Rise (Grounding & Connection)
Mindful hikes, barefoot grounding, and sit spots in nature
Creative clay and nature art projects
Journaling and reflection to connect with inner strength
💨 AIR – Breathe & Flow (Breath & Presence)
Breathwork and guided meditation to calm the mind
Playful movement and expressive dance
Cloud gazing and storytelling under the open sky
🔥 FIRE – Ignite & Empower (Courage & Creativity)
Campfire storytelling and group sharing circles
Dynamic movement games and confidence-building challenges
Creative expression through painting and self-exploration
💧 WATER – Feel & Release (Emotions & Intuition)
Water play and mindfulness activities near natural water sources
Journaling and breathwork to move emotions with ease
Gentle yoga and flow-based movement
