Kids Club is where that courage begins. Through movement, creativity, nature, games, and mindfulness, we nurture courageous, compassionate kids who feel seen, connected, and empowered kids who are free to try new things, embrace their authentic selves, and build relationships that matter.
Kids learn to name their emotions, understand what they're feeling and why, and find healthy ways to move through big feelings — big or small. Here, children discover their voice matters. Their strengths are valuable. And they hold real power to make a positive difference in the world — just by being exactly who they are meant to be.
