Friendships change. Groups shift. And somewhere around this age, belonging can start to feel a little more complicated.

The Threads That Connect Us is an afternoon designed to bring girls together through movement, conversation, creativity + play — while exploring what it means to feel connected to yourself and the people around you.

Girls will have space to discover new things they appreciate about themselves, notice what they share with others, celebrate what makes them different, and practise the small things that help both themselves and others feel seen.

Because belonging isn't about becoming more like everyone else.

It's knowing who you are — and learning that you don't have to change yourself to belong.
