After witnessing the growth, confidence, and connection within our Nanton BLOOM girls, we’re excited to offer a space designed especially for younger girls to experience the same level of support and intention.
ORENDA Girls (Ages 8–10) meets girls exactly where they are curious, creative, sensitive, energetic, and beginning to understand themselves and the world around them.
This stage of life is about laying foundations, and this program gently supports girls as they learn who they are, how they feel, and how to move through friendships and emotions with confidence.
This class offers a safe, playful, and grounding environment where girls can explore self-expression, build emotional awareness, and develop healthy tools for communication and self-worth, without pressure or expectation.
What girls will experience:
Movement, games, and activities that build body awareness and self-esteem
Emotional literacy in a way that feels playful, age-appropriate, and empowering
Creative expression and guided reflection that help girls feel seen and heard
Community building that teaches kindness, inclusion, and genuine friendship skills
A sense of belonging that the girls carry into school, sports, and home
This is our very first ORENDA Girls class in Nanton, and we are thrilled to bring this opportunity to your community.
Our goal is simple: to nurture strong, kind, confident girls who know how to take care of themselves and each other.
