One full day of music up, cheeks pink, girls together kind of energy.

Winter Soul Sessions brings everything girls love about our Summer Soul Sessions into one really good winter day. We’ll move, create, crafts, laugh, get outside, play games, make things, have good conversations, probably get a little silly and definitely make some memories.

And somewhere in all of that fun, we’ll sneak in the good stuff.

Confidence. Friendships. Big feelings. Trying something new. What to do when things don’t go your way. How to adapt without giving up. How to trust yourself. And how to be a really good human alongside other girls.

Because winter is actually pretty good at teaching us something:

Things change. We adapt. And there can still be a whole lot of fun in the middle of it.

This isn’t a day of sitting around talking about resilience.

We’re going to live it.

Outside. Inside. Moving. Making. Laughing. Connecting.
